Refund policy

Products still sealed in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your products. Please email us at help@curldrop.co.uk with your order number and tell us which products you would like to return.

We will then email you a postage label with our return address for you to return the products. Please return the products within 14 days of receiving your postage label.

When your products arrive back to us, we will check them and give you a refund if they meet the return requirements.

Refunds are issued using your original payment method. It can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
