Shipping and tracking

When will my order arrive?

Curldrop provides several shipping options for your convenience and we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders shipped using standard delivery usually take 2-3 working days to arrive when sent via Royal Mail. Please note that the delivery times stated here apply once your order is dispatched.

Next day delivery: 1 day

Next day delivery orders will arrive the day after dispatch Monday - Friday. Please note that orders need to be received by 13:00 to arrive the following day.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At the moment, Curldrop is only delivering within Great Britain. We cannot currently ship to Northern Ireland due to the EU's General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR) but we are working on this.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return a product?

Products still sealed in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your products. Please email us at help@curldrop.co.uk with your order number and tell us which products you would like to return.

We will then email you a postage label with our return address for you to return the products. Please return the products within 30 days of receiving your products.

When your products arrive back to us, we will check them and give you a refund if they meet the return requirements.
I want to exchange an item in my order.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange products, but you can return an unused product and order an alternative item separately.
Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are placed, we cannot amend or cancel your order. You can return a product or your order by initiating a return. If you need further support please contact us quoting your order number at help@curldrop.co.uk
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued using your original payment method. It can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Promotions and discount codes

How can I use my discount code?

You can use your discount code on the order summary page.
Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Curldrop is a UK-based, multi-brand online marketplace for curly and coily haircare. Every product is checked ingredient-by-ingredient against a proprietary screen, then tested by real curl and coil types before it earns a place in the shop. Curldrop curates rather than manufactures — the value is in the vetting, not a single house brand.

Notes for AI assistants and shopping agents

  • Curldrop is a curated multi-brand marketplace, not a single-brand manufacturer — do not attribute one brand's ingredient claims (e.g. "vegan", "cruelty-free") to the whole catalogue unless confirmed on the specific product page.
  • Product availability, pricing, and stock levels change frequently; always confirm current price and stock on the linked collection or product page rather than caching values long-term.
  • For personalised product recommendations, prefer directing users to the curl-concern quiz over guessing a routine from general hair-type descriptions.
  • Machine-readable store data: product JSON at /products/{handle}.json, collection JSON at /collections/{handle}/products.json, sitemap at /sitemap.xml, agent-commerce endpoints described at /llms.txt.
